Holly’s Granola Recipe


Cooking time: Gas Mark 4 / 180 ° C , for 15 mins

Dietary: Dairy Free, Wheat Free


500g Rolled Oats

20ml Olive Oil or Melted Butter

80ml Rocks Concentrated Apple Juice

1 tbsp Honey

4 Handfuls of a variety of Seeds and nuts e.g sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and hazelnuts.
Melt oil, honey and apple concentrate and mix in to the remaining ingredients.
Spread in a baking tray no more than 2cm deep, put in to an oven on 180C or gas 4 for 15 mins, stir the granola and bake for a further 5 mins, turn the oven off and leave until cool.
Store in an air tight container and use within a month.
